To provide the following maintenance services:
1.Standard Training: FMS system standard training.
2. Installation: FMS system installation, experiment and adjust (system settings and format design of the report and documents).
3. Technical support: to ensure the normal operation of the FMS system and problem solving while using the FMS system.
Ways of service:
1.Remote Service: Technician of party B provide FMS system maintenance services by phone, fax, E-MAIL, QQ, MSN, Internet remote assistance tools, etc
2.On-site service: party B send technical person to the scene to provide FMS maintenance services.
3.Service time: service time for the state statutory days (week 5 x 8 hours).
service commitment:
1. After receiving remote service request, response immediately within four hours (working hours) to provide services to customers.
2. After receiving the customer’ site service requests, respond immediately and provide services within one working day.
3.If the customers enjoy the FMS system maintenance services without interruption from purchasing, when there is FMS updating (not including new products and modules) , we can provide FMS system upgrade(free of charge)
